This immersive one-day online workshop offers a clear, grounded introduction to bilateral stimulation (BLS) for psychotherapists planning to train in IADC Therapy who have not completed EMDR training. While EMDR training is not required for IADC, basic familiarity with BLS, trauma, and nervous system responses is essential. This Primer provides the foundation—both conceptually and experientially—to help you work with BLS in a way that is informed, attuned, and clinically grounded.
