This immersive one-day workshop offers a clear, grounded introduction to bilateral stimulation (BLS) for psychotherapists planning to train in IADC Therapy who have not completed EMDR training. While EMDR training is not required for IADC, a basic familiarity with BLS is. This Primer provides the essential foundation—conceptually and experientially—so you can enter IADC training confident and well-oriented.
