Eligibility: The directory is limited to clinicians who have completed official IADC training through the IADC International Institute or a recognized IADC trainer. Informational presentations and other non-authorized trainings do not qualify. Listing fee: The $65 fee is nonrefundable once payment is submitted. You may request removal of your listing at any time, but removal does not qualify for a refund.
